324L/324BL
The 73K324L is a highly integrated single-chip modem IC which provides the functions needed to design a Quad-mode CCITT and Bell 212A compatible modem capable of operation over dial-up lines. The 73K324L device supports ITU-T V.22bis, V.22, V.23, V.21 and Bell 212A and Bell 103 modes of operation allowing both synchronous and asynchronous operation as defined by the appropriate standard and offers excellent performance and a high level of functional integration in a single 28-pin PLCC package. The 73K324BL is an enhancement of the 73K324L single-chip modem which adds the hybrid hook switch control, and driver to the 73K324L in a 32-Lead PLCC package. The 73K224L and 73K224BL operate from a single +5V supply for low power consumption.
NOTE: Devices are now End Of Life - last time buy 12/31/09, last time ship 01/31/11
